The BA (Hons) in Dance and Theatre Performance is a practically based degree programme, providing the same amount of training and performance opportunity as the Diploma, with the increased academic rigour which can enhance career potential. The degree is validated by the University of Greenwich, who continue to support and encourage the College’s independence and unique character.

The College successfully integrates an intensive three year professional training with an internationally recognised degree level qualification. The programme is designed to produce highly skilled performers equipped with professional abilities and transferable skills to enable them to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Although study for a degree qualification will require a substantial level of academic work, students will not be spending all their time in a classroom. The course is performance based, which means that dance, drama and singing form the major part of the programme.

Funding for the BA and the FD:
This programme is funded by HEFCE via the University of Greenwich. Student ‘top up’ contributions apply at the current rate, and students may access the student loan system. Full details can be given by the college on request.
